  • Principle of accuracy: the personal data we collect will be kept accurate and, if necessary, up to date. For this, in case there is any change in personal data, the user must communicate it to us so that we can make the appropriate update.
  • Principle of storage limitation: the personal data we process will be kept for the periods indicated in the section “How long will we keep your personal data?”.
  • Principle of integrity and confidentiality: to respect this principle, personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.

Categories of personal data we process

The categories of data we process through this website are:

  • Data collected through the contact form: name; email address; telephone number and message sent by the user.
  • Data collected through the budget request form: company; name; email address; telephone number; information related to the budget request.
  • Data collected through the phone call form: name and telephone number

All personal data requested in the forms, marked with an asterisk, are mandatory, so if the user does not provide any of them, we will not be able to manage and attend to budget requests, or queries or requests made by users.
In turn, through cookies, information is collected about the use that users make of the website, pages visited, origin, geographical location, IP addresses, although this information will be collected in an aggregated manner, that is, without identifying users. How We Have Obtained Your Personal Data

All personal data that we process at PAPEL CON SEMILLAS is provided to us by the interested parties themselves or their legal representatives.

What Is the Legitimacy for Processing Your Personal Data?

  • Data collected through the contact form: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data provided by interested parties is its necessity for the execution of the legal relationship that arises when filling out this form and, therefore, to manage the inquiries or requests they make to us.
  • Data collected through the budget request form: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of users' personal data is its necessity for the application of pre-contractual measures at their request.
  • Data collected through the phone call form: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data provided by interested parties is its necessity for the execution of the legal relationship that arises when filling out this form and, therefore, to manage the inquiries or requests they make to us.

To Which Recipients Will Your Personal Data Be Communicated?

Users' personal data will not be communicated to third parties unless it is necessary for the management of the request made by the interested party or for compliance with legal obligations.
However, for some matters, we use third-party services, which act as data processors, with whom we have signed the corresponding data processing contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 28.3 of the GDPR.

Data Transfers to Third Countries

For the management and storage of information and email, we use services from Microsoft Corporation, a company that acts as a data processor and which, despite being outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, the international transfer of data involved in its use also has the appropriate guarantees contemplated in Article 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission).

Likewise, since we use analytical cookies from Google Analytics, their use also implies the existence of international data transfers, and you can consult the information in this regard in our Cookie Policy.

For How Long Will We Keep Your Personal Data?

This is incorrect because we store our data in Dynamics, which belongs to Microsoft, whenever we need to make a quote.
Moreover, this data is recorded and remains in the system. Cookies do not intervene at all in the collection of personal data. They only collect data on web interactions. It's another matter that Google has access by other means to personal data by collecting the IP of the computer or mobile from which access is made. This cannot be well written!!!

What Are Your Rights When You Provide Us with Your Personal Data?

  • Right to request access to your personal data: in order to know and verify the lawfulness of the processing, you may request at any time confirmation of whether PAPEL CON SEMILLAS is processing your personal data and, if so, we will inform you, among other matters, about what data we are processing, its purpose, origin of the data, expected retention period of the data and, where applicable, recipients or categories of recipients.
  • Right to request rectification: you may request us to rectify personal data that is inaccurate or to complete data that is incomplete, including through an additional statement. In such case, you must indicate in your request which data you are referring to and the correction to be made, accompanying, where appropriate, the supporting documentation of the inaccuracy or incomplete nature of the data being processed.

  • Right to the portability of your personal data: you can request that we provide your personal data to you or to another controller that you indicate to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
