FSC Environmental Quality Label
FSC certification and the use of its labels prove that the company is obtaining materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled and/or controlled sources, and is following best practices as defined by FSC throughout the production process and supply chain.

Who Can Use This Label?
To be able to put this label on your work, your service provider company must be audited by FSC personnel and have been granted the certificate indicating that we comply with the necessary guidelines to obtain the certificate.
It’s very important to note that if any company involved in any process of paper production, from obtaining the raw material to delivering the final finished product to the market, is not certified, the FSC mark could not be used in that work.
How Do We Generate the Label?
At Grupo Posta, we generate the label with the specifications you indicate. Color, shape, lines, and type of label. These specifications, which are included in the FSC standard, are detailed below in this article.
How Can You Include the Label in Your Design?
Currently, there are two possibilities:
- Include the label yourself in the part of the design you want.
- We include the label in the part of the design you indicate.
Once we have the design with the label placed, the file is sent to the certifying entity to review that it complies with the regulations and validate it. This process takes between 24/48 hours. Subsequently, you will receive a digital file for your approval to be able to create and include the label in your design.
What Type of Label Can You Include?
FSC 100%
All materials used in products bearing this label come from forests that have been audited to confirm that they are managed in accordance with FSC’s rigorous social and environmental standards.
Of all FSC labels, this one contributes most directly to FSC objectives.
FSC Recycled
All materials used in products bearing this label come from forests that have been audited to confirm that they are managed in accordance with FSC’s rigorous social and environmental standards.
Of all FSC labels, FSC-100% is the one that contributes most directly to FSC objectives:
Forests for All Forever. And therefore, it is the highest mark of distinction for certified products.
FSC Mixed
Products bearing this label are made with a mix of materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials, and/or FSC controlled wood.
Although controlled wood does not come from FSC-certified forests, it reduces the risk of material being obtained from unacceptable sources, as it must meet specific standards.
How Should the Label Design Be?
FSC labels could be used in vertical or horizontal formats.
They should be printed in a size that allows all elements to be legible.
The minimum size for the label should be:
- in vertical format: 9 mm wide.
- in horizontal format: 6 mm high.
