Paper Characteristics
Our seed paper is produced from wood pulp obtained from FSC-certified forests and cotton obtained from recycling and cultivation.
The seeds mixed with the pulp germinate randomly depending on time, season, temperature, humidity, and soil.
Returns of the paper will not be accepted for reasons related to its cultivation.
All our other papers are made with natural and recycled materials, such as petals from different flowers and waste from various plant cultivations.

Order Conditions
Prices do not include taxes or other services other than those indicated in the quote, such as design, print proofs, shipping, customs fees, etc.
The amount of the quote will be paid at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The order will not be executed until we receive proof of payment or, if applicable, the deposit in our account.
Shipping does not include any handling costs other than standard, nor additional special packaging.
The works will be packaged optimally to preserve their integrity and ensure good logistics management.

Delivery Timeframes
Samples will be produced within a time not exceeding 7 days.
Production times will depend on the quantity and type of product.
To these production and manufacturing times, transport and Customs deposit times must be added.
The production and delivery timeframe will start counting from the moment the correct final artwork and proof of payment are received.
At the time of finalizing the payment, Grupo Posta will specify the time for the completion of the order, depending on the current production and type of order.
Grupo Posta will confirm the production time with the client and will adjust as much as possible to their needs.
Grupo Posta is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as natural disasters, transport strikes, etc.

Claims
In case of defective material, the following procedure should be followed:
Grupo Posta's quality department will study the existing problem, and if it is found that the claims are correct, it will determine the collection of the affected material and the steps to follow for its replacement.
- Photos and a detailed report describing the product issue should be sent via email. (Affected quantity, defects, etc.)
- Grupo Posta will study and analyze the problem and determine its causes and scope.
- If Grupo Posta determines that the problem is derived from the product manufacturing, Grupo Posta will request the return of the defective material and will proceed to replace the defective material at no cost.
Grupo Posta's quality department will study the existing problem, and if it is found that the claims are correct, it will determine the collection of the affected material and the steps to follow for its replacement.
Returns
The deadline for returns is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product. To replace a job in part or in full, it will be necessary for Grupo Posta to have previously received the defective material.
In no case will Grupo Posta refund the amount of the work performed.

Payment Conditions
Once the quote is accepted, in case the client is new, to carry out the first job and in order to comply with current legislation, Grupo Posta will send a form for the client to fill in their commercial data. This data is subject to the current LOPD. The conditions for accessing and rectifying them can be found in our “privacy policy”.
Grupo Posta will send the client a proforma invoice, which will show the bank account number where the payment for the work will be deposited.
It may be possible to make payments by bank card or Bizum, depending on the invoice amount.
When making the payment by any of these methods, you must indicate the name and proforma invoice to which the payment corresponds.
The written confirmation of any quote implies the acceptance of the general conditions, understanding that you agree with them.
